I purchased my 6 pin to 4 pin Firewire cable today and finally transferred the video files onto my computer. I then proceeded to immediately begin cutting. Editing is just as fun as I thought it would be, and I made a rough cut in very little time. I still need to do some more work tomorrow to get the final cut down to 15 seconds, and after that, I gotta do something with the sound. After that, it’s time to add in some on screen text and effects and I should be able to upload it to the contest website by Saturday.
Keep your fingers crossed for me!
