The Little Steps Along the Way

Storyboarding a script is not as simple a task as I had previously thought. In my mind, I should’ve completed illustrating the entire 13 page script in less than 2 days. As it currently stands, 2 weeks have passed, and I am nowhere close to the halfway check point. I have however, begun playing with the camera, and experimenting with lighting and camera movement. Keep in mind that this is the first film I am attempting to shoot, so such activities are neccessary for me to learn the trait.

My partner in this project thought it would be a good idea to ask me a few questions on camera to learn more about the film. Aside from the fact that I look like I just rolled out of bed, which I did, I thought it was fairly well done, and certainly web worthy content. I must admit that it wasn’t until I was asked these questions in front of the camera that I truly thought about, and understood why I am making this film.

I am going to look into doing a little bit of editing work with the interview, and then compress it. Maybe it will come onto the website sooner rather than later.
